Welcome to Lovey’s Gifts! We’re so happy you’re here. Our goal is to make every gifting experience as delightful and worry-free as possible. Please take a moment to review our store policies to ensure a smooth experience for you — and to help us continue serving you with love and care.
Order Processing
Processing Time: Most orders ship within 2–4 business days after payment is received. Custom or personalized items may take longer (up to 7 business days).
Order Changes: If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but once orders begin processing or ship, changes may not be possible.
Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping: We ship across the U.S. and internationally via reliable carriers. Shipping times vary based on destination, but average 3–7 business days within the U.S.
International & Manufacturer-Direct Shipping: Some items are shipped directly from overseas manufacturers. Due to customs limitations and international shipping processes, these items may take longer to arrive — sometimes up to 2–4 weeks. We try our best to include notices on product pages for items that fall into this category, so you're aware before purchasing.
Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Lovey’s Gifts is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.
Lost or Delayed Packages: If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but not received, please check with neighbors or your local post office. Unfortunately, we can’t be held responsible for items lost or stolen after delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your gift! If something isn’t quite right:
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom-made products, gift baskets, gift cards, perishable goods, and sale/clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Request a Return: Email us at hello@loveysgifts.com with your order number and reason for return. If eligible, we’ll provide return instructions.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or
Incorrect Orders
We carefully pack every order with love, but accidents can happen:
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund — at our discretion — for any items proven to be damaged in transit or shipped in error.
Payments & Security
All transactions are processed securely using industry-standard SSL encryption.
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways. Your payment information is never stored or shared.
